The company is proud to offer the largest showroom in the Pinellas County area. This includes over thirteen-thousand lamp shades, which come in hundreds of shapes and sizes to immediately fulfill almost any customer's needs. We also specialize in lamps, bulbs, chandeliers, bathroom lighting, outdoor lighting, pendants, and ceiling fans; of which we offer a great selection at our showroom. The business owners, Michael and Sharon Carter, are professionals dedicated to putting forth every effort possible in order to ensure customer satisfaction, and to make sure you get the right information and assistance for all your lighting needs.

In order to keep our prices so low, our customers pay all shipping costs; however, not having the guess work of free shipping on all products regardless of size or weight allows us to offer the best possible price. We're confident that you'll find our overall price is the lowest in the industry, as our competitors will increase the cost of the items to more than cover their "free shipping" costs.

While we make every effort to provide accurate, real-time shipping estimates at the time of your quotation, we reserve the right to notify you after you’ve purchased an item of any additional shipping or handling charges necessary to deliver your order before the order has shipped. In this case, you will have the opportunity to cancel your order without incurring any fees. If you choose to cancel your order at this time, any amounts already paid will be promptly refunded. Shortly after placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received your order. You’ll receive a second email when your order has shipped. (You’ll receive more than one shipment confirmation email if your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments). Please save these email invoices for your records.

Some items may be either out of stock or located in a warehouse that we do not have a live inventory feed of and occasionally we must backorder or source inventory from multiple warehouses. This means that different parts of your order can come from various locations around the country. For this reason, if your order is time sensitive, please contact us to ensure your products will ship in suitable time.

If you order more than one item, we’ll make every effort to send available items together. In the event only some of the items in your order are available at a single location, we reserve the right to ship you multiple packages from multiple warehouses.

In the event we are unable to ship your order complete, we reserve the right to ship the stock we have and backorder the items which we were unable to ship. You will be notified via email of the estimated delivery date for your backordered items.

Orders returned to us due to a bad address will incur additional shipping charges to reship. If a returned order is canceled, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

Returns may be made for merchandise within fifteen (15) days of receiving the product(s). All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition, free from scratches and/or defects, and may not have been installed. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and must include the original packaging of the item(s) being returned, without any writing or labels on the original packaging. All orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
